A Splash of Color website, offers a linking service for both Buyers and Sellers of Great Danes. Any online User/Consignor acts strictly independent of A Splash of Color. Online Users/Consignors acknowledge there is no partnership, joint venture, agency, employer/employee, relationship implied, intended or created as a User of A Splash of Color.

Each User/Consignor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A Splash of Color for any inaccuracy, error or delay in or omission of any information or the transmission or delivery of information due to extraordinary weather conditions, earthquake, fire, war, riot, labor dispute, accident, action of government communications, power failure, equipment or software malfunction, or any other cause beyond the control of A Splash of Color.

Any User/Consignor agrees to indemnify A Splash of Color for its cost and legal fees in the event any dispute arises between Buyer and Seller.

This User/Consignor Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Texas. Each User/Consignor submits to jurisdiction in Texas and further agrees that any cause of action arising under this agreement shall be held exclusively in a court in Fayette County, Texas.
